MiniRise is a high-rise with a radically reduced footprint. The high-rise building type can thus be integrated into the existing urban fabric in large numbers and in previously unexpected places. Cities with a shortage of living space can thus be densified according to the prevailing demand. Dozens, maybe hundreds of these projects could not only solve the housing shortage, but also create unexpected functional, social and design synergies. Living in the reduced vertical will allow completely new typological interpretations.
